Ankle mobility is the combined range of motion at the ankle joint. Assessment Guide: Weight-Bearing Lunge Test

  1. Stand facing a wall barefoot, placing your big toe about 10 cm from the base.
  2. Keeping your heel flat, bend your knee until it just touches the wall.
